Kristin Fischer will join CNN as CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent in July 2021. Kristin is the daughter of NASA astronauts and a space enthusiast was raised in the field. The reporter also was on numerous trips with President and Vice President and was a part of a classified visit to Afghanistan together with the former president Donald Trump.
